About these terms
These terms govern your use of puntWork, operated by DGC at puntwork.be. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What puntWork is
puntWork is a job aggregator. We collect public vacancies published by staffing and employer partners, normalise them, and present them on puntwork.be. We are not the employer, the recruiter, or a party to any application or employment relationship.
Aggregator and partner links
Job listings link out to the partner or employer that published the vacancy. When you click Apply, puntWork records a first-party redirect and then sends you to the partner site, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. puntWork may receive a referral or affiliate fee for routing applicants to certain partners; this never changes which jobs you see or their ranking, and it costs you nothing. Application decisions, interviews, and hiring are handled entirely by the partner or employer.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep listings fresh and remove expired vacancies, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is current, complete, or error-free, nor that the service is uninterrupted. Listings and statistics are provided "as is" for information only and are not an offer of employment.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the service, misrepresent your identity, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Automated bulk access is rate-limited and may be blocked.
Intellectual property
The puntWork name, design, original copy, and compiled datasets are owned by DGC. Underlying job-posting content belongs to the partners and employers that publish it. Our published salary and labour-market statistics may be reused under the licence stated on the data-methodology page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, puntWork is not liable for partner content, hiring outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium. We may update these terms; the current version always applies.
