Our commitment
puntWork wants every job seeker in Belgium to be able to use the site, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
Current status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the experience meets the standard, and accessibility work is ongoing. We test with keyboard navigation, screen-reader checks, and automated tooling, and we treat new accessibility regressions as bugs.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on interactive controls, and visible keyboard focus.
- A cookieless default and a consent banner that is fully keyboard operable.
- Colour and dark-mode contrast chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Each interface page declares its language correctly; job listings retain and identify their source language.
Known limitations
Some third-party partner application pages we link to are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Some data-dense tables and maps may still have gaps we are working to close.
