In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het PAL-team (= team binnen de consolidatiezone) met als doel een productieve, kwaliteitsvolle en dynamische afdeling te garanderen die instaat voor het verwerken, consolideren en dispatch-klaar maken van high-value groothandelorders, customised orders en retours.

Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij als teamleader?
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
- Je bent hands-on en aanwezig op de werkvloer
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met Excel en andere PC-tools
- Je werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische omgeving
