- Klanten telefonisch en per e-mail adviseren en verder helpen
- Offertes opmaken, opvolgen en verwerken
- Klanten informeren over beschikbaarheid, prijzen en levertermijnen
- Samenwerken met de kwekerij, logistiek en inkoop
- Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen
- Nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren
- Productinformatie en assortiment opvolgen
- Het pakket offertes zelfstandig kunnen dragen na intensieve opleiding
Your Profile
- Je hebt een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid met al een aantal jaarervaring
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
- Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel in drukke periodes
- Je hebt affiniteit met bomen, planten, tuinbouw of groen
- Ervaring in een boomkwekerij, tuinbouw of groothandel is een must
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
- Bovengemiddelde kennis van Frans en/of Engels
- Je hebt goede computerskills, ervaring met MS Office, Excel is een must
