About the Job
Voor een nieuwe functie in Genk gaan we op zoek naar een Filiaalverantwoordelijke in de retailsector die fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Je bent hierbij dus niet alleen de leidinggevende, maar zal ook operationeel jouw steentje bijdragen.
Dat houdt concreet volgend takenpakket in;
- Opstellen van een efficiënte personeelsplanning en taakverdeling
- Opleiden en aansturen van het team
- Klanten adviseren en verder helpen
- Bestellingen klaarmaken en plaatsen
- Leveringen opvolgen en goederen wegzetten (fifo-principe)
- Stockcontrole
- Kassabeheer (Scannen, controleren, factureren...)
- Rapporteren aan het hoofdkantoor
Your Profile
Voor deze functie als Filiaalverantwoordelijke mikken we op iemand met onderstaand profiel:
- Minstens 5 jaar gelijkaardige ervaring
- Ervaring binnen de retailsector
- Vlot Nederlandstalig
- Rijbewijs B en eigen wagen
- Open voor zaterdagwerk
- Sterk in organisatie en communicatie
Education
TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
Experience
