Als Customer Support Officer zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers en biedt klanten een uitstekende service.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van aanvragen, offertes en bestellingen
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van orders en stemt af met collega’s van aankoop en aftersales
- Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de status van hun bestellingen en garandeert een optimale service
- Je ondersteunt de administratieve werking van de afdeling en waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte gegevensverwerking
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bouwde ervaring op binnen administratie of customer service
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een mooie troef
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meer dossiers tegelijk lopen
- Je bent klantgericht, administratief sterk, leert snel nieuwe systemen aan en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en procesverbetering
