Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over de Belfius-app.
- Je helpt klanten onder andere met:
- Het verhogen van limieten
- Het uitvoeren van transacties
- Het ontdekken en gebruiken van functionaliteiten en mogelijkheden van de app
- Het oplossen van praktische bankvragen
- 1/3 van de gesprekken gaat over fraude
Een commerciële mindset is belangrijk.
Je denkt actief mee met de klant en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten. Je adviseert klanten over oplossingen die écht bij hun situatie passen.
Doelstelling: gemiddeld 1 kredietkaart of spaarproduct per week aanbieden én verkopen.
Your Profile
- Klantgerichte en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid
- Krijgt energie van veel menselijke contacten, voornamelijk telefonisch
- Stabiel, punctueel en betrouwbaar
- Oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk
- Gemotiveerd om klanten écht verder te helpen
- Nederlands (Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk sterk) + passieve kennis van Frans
- Minimum ASO-diploma vereist
- Bewijs goed gedrag en zegen
- Bereid om in flexibel uurrooster te werken (tussen 8-22u) en 1 a 2 zaterdagen per maand.
