Als Senior Accountant (A-Z) ben jij de spil van de financiële afdeling en een echte sparringpartner voor het management. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met teamcoaching.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Volledige boekhouding van A tot Z beheren
- Beheer van dossiers van middelgrote tot grote vennootschappen
- Opmaak van maand- en jaarafsluitingen
- Voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen en samenwerking met audit & fiscaliteit
- Opvolging van BTW, fiscaliteit en wettelijke verplichtingen
- Financiële rapportering en analyses richting management
- Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van het accounting team
- Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie van processen en systemen
Your Profile
Wie ben jij als senior accountant?
- Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit of Finance
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in boekhouding A-Z
- Ervaring met complexe dossiers en eindverantwoordelijkheid
- Sterke analytische mindset en nauwkeurigheid
- Je neemt vanzelf ownership en verantwoordelijkheid
- Ervaring in teamcoaching of ambitie om door te groeien naar Teamlead
- Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht
