As an Import/Export Officer (M/F/X), you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international regulations and supporting the smooth flow of business operations:

• Manage and monitor administrative files in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
• Contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Maintain and update the documentation required for the effective functioning of the department.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide guidance and support to teams regarding applicable procedures.
• Participate in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the quality, compliance, and overall performance of the organization.

What is the profile of the Import/Export Officer (M/F/X) we are looking for?

• Higher education degree in a field related to the position.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Belgian and European regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with IT tools and software.
