We are looking for enthusiastic operators for our site in Meer.

As an operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. These are your tasks:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines.
• Starting and stopping machines according to prescribed procedures.
• Performing quality checks on the products.
• Working with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
• Performing maintenance on the machines.
• Identifying technical malfunctions.
• Ensuring that safety instructions are followed and applied in the workplace.

• Working in a production environment does not scare you.
• You are a handy person who is interested in technology.
• You value safety, order, tidiness, and quality.
• You are open to feedback.
• You have basic PC skills. 
• You can work in the night shift (basic training will be in 2 shift system)

• Basic gross salary
• Average shift allowance

Smart Packaging reserves the right, based on objective selection criteria such as education, relevant experience, and competencies, to decide on the most appropriate contract type: a temporary agency contract or a direct employment contract
