Customer Service Representative Turkish & Bulgarian

In this position, you take ownership of customer interactions, spot opportunities for improvement and translate ideas into concrete actions. You play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery for customers across multiple countries. 

Your responisbilities:

• You act as the primary contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers handling questions, resolving issues and ensuring a thorough follow-up.
• You contribute to continuous service improvement by gathering customer feedback and identifying inefficiencies in existing processes. 
• You explain procedures, workflows and expectations clearly to customers to create transparency and trust. 
• You support the financial flow by following up on payments, answering invoice-related questions and coordinating tax-related topics with the credit team. 
• You manage multiple priorities simultaneously and remain organized in a fast-paces, detail-driven environment. 

• You are fluent in English, Turkisch and Bulgarian (spoken and written).
• You have experience in a customer-oriented role. 
• You work in a structured and accurate way and like to stay one step ahead. 
• You remain level-headed under pressure and approach challenges pragmatically. 
• You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks. 
• You are naturally proactive, curious and driven bij service excellence.
