About the Job
Als productie - en aankoopverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, werking en opvolging van onze productie, alsook de aankopen om alles vlot te kunnen produceren.
Je zorgt ervoor dat:
- de verschillende afdelingen efficiënt samenwerken
- planning en timing correct op elkaar afgestemd zijn
- producten gelijktijdig en volgens onze kwaliteitsnormen worden afgewerkt
- medewerkers duidelijk aangestuurd, opgevolgd en gemotiveerd worden
- alle goederen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden.
Je bent sterk aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er leeft. Je combineert een duidelijke consequente aanpak met respect voor alle medewerkers. Je bent streng maar rechtvaardig. Communicatie is de sleutel tot succes

Jouw profiel
- Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en durft beslissingen nemen
- Je communiceert helder en direct
- Je bewaart het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere afdelingen tegelijk draaien
- Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig
- Je kan overweg met een ERP pakket en bent in staat om anderen hierin te coachen
- Je bent resultaatgericht zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen
- Nederlands is onze voertaal, kennis van Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een pluspunt
- Ervaring in meubel- of slaapproductie is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
