About the Job
Voor een snelgroeiende organisatie actief in de verhuur van bedrijfsvoertuigen (vracht- en bestelwagens) in Kuurne zijn we op zoek naar een administratief sterke Rental Agent.
Je ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een vlotte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
Jouw taken
- Je ontvangt klanten en adviseert hen over de meest geschikte huuroplossingen
- Je beheert de planning via verhuursoftware en volgt prijsaanvragen op
- Je onderhoudt en coördineert de planning van verschillende filialen
- Je staat in voor het vlootbeheer: onderhoud, keuringen, documenten, verzekeringen en schadebeheer
- Je zorgt dat voertuigen gebruiksklaar zijn (reinigen, tanken, klaarzetten)
- Je geeft klanten duidelijke uitleg over het gebruik van de voertuigen
- Je verzorgt het in- en uitchecken van voertuigen
- Je opent en sluit het filiaal samen met collega’s (werkuren tussen 7u30 en 18u30)

- Je beschikt over 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
- Je bent administratief vaardig en vertrouwd met digitale tools
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken (beurtrol)

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
