- Behoefteanalyse: Stel gerichte vragen en bied de juiste oplossing voor de klant.
- Productdemonstratie: Leid de klant rond in de showroom en geef een uitgebreide demonstratie van de voertuigen.
- Offertes opstellen: Maak op maat gemaakte offertes met aandacht voor lopende acties, financiering en extra diensten (verzekeringen, onderhoudscontracten).
- Testritten regelen: Organiseer testritten voor de klant.
- Inruilwagen: Onderzoek een eerlijke prijs voor inruil van de huidige wagen van de klant.
- Verkoop afsluiten: Sluit de verkoop met de klant af door jouw commerciële flair en uitstekende service.
- Opleidingen: Blijf up-to-date met de nieuwste trends en technologieën door interne en externe opleidingen.
