Welke taken zal je uitvoeren als Sales Assistant?
- Beheren en opvolgen van offertes, bestellingen en klantendossiers binnen jouw eigen klantenportefeuille
- Dagelijks communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners (NL/FR/ENG)
- Coördineren van logistieke processen en zorgen voor tijdige levering en correcte documentatie
- Actief meedenken over voorraadbeheer en prioriteiten stellen binnen aankoop- en verkoopprocessen
- Ondersteunen van het salesproces van A tot Z binnen een high-volume omgeving (onder andere(n) food sector)
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij als Sales Assistant?
- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, aankoop- of sales support job
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus)
- Je bent administratief zeer sterk, nauwkeurig en kan diverse prioriteiten tegelijk beheren
- Je hebt een commerciële mindset en combineert dit met een assertieve maar collegiale houding
- Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft 365 en ERP-systemen (ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is een plus)
