About the Job
Als Apotheker - titularis neem je een voortrekkersrol op in een goed draaiende buurtapotheek in regio Mariakerke. Persoonlijk en warm patiëntencontact staan hier centraal. Je combineert kwaliteitsvolle farmaceutische zorg met het aansturen en motiveren van het team, terwijl je de apotheek verder mee richting toekomst stuurt.
Je takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Het aansturen en organiseren van het apotheekteam
- Klanten begeleiden met helder advies over medicatie en gezondheid
- Het nauwkeurig afleveren van geneesmiddelen en magistrale bereidingen
- Mee vormgeven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de apotheek als toegankelijke zorgpartner in de buurt
- Vaccinaties uitvoeren en farmaceutische zorgprogramma's toepassen
- Toezien op kwaliteit, correcte procedures en naleving van regelgeving
- Uurrooster en planning opmaken
Kortom, je brengt zorg, leiderschap en ondernemerschap samen en krijgt daarbij ruimte voor autonomie in de dagelijkse werking.
Your Profile
Jij bent een:
- Master in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen
- Sterke communicator met talent voor organisatie en teamcoaching
- Ervaren apotheker, bij voorkeur als titularis of adjunct
- Flexibele titularis, die wachtdiensten wenst op te nemen
- Betrokken, patiëntgericht en oplossingsgerichte titularis in de dagelijkse praktijk
Bovendien ben je klaar om als titularis verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en de apotheek verder te laten groeien.
