Als Jobstudent HR Support ondersteun je onze HR Consultants bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Telefonisch contacteren van potentiële kandidaten.
- Telefonische screenings uitvoeren en interesse peilen.
- Inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken.
- Opvolgen van kandidaten via mail en telefoon.
- Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-processen.
- Verwerken en updaten van kandidaatgegevens.
- Algemene ondersteuning van het recruitmentteam.
- Meewerken aan diverse HR-projecten afhankelijk van de noden binnen het team.

Wie ben jij?
- Je bent student.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk en bent niet bang om mensen telefonisch te contacteren.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
- Je bent behulpzaam, leergierig en proactief.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
