Wij zijn op zoek naar een magazijnier voor een familiebedrijf in Brugge, dat bestaat uit twee winkels.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je werkt samen met 15 andere collega's in het magazijn.
- Eventuele kans om door te groeien tot verantwoordelijke van het magzijn.
- Je lost problemen op, zoals het vinden van vervangende medewerkers bij ziekte of het aanpassen van de werkverdeling wanneer dat nodig is.
- Je springt bij waar nodig.
- Je denkt mee over de groei en verbetering van het magazijn, niet alleen over het dagelijkse werk.
- Je gebruikt e-mail en Excel om alles administratief goed bij te houden en om duidelijk te communiceren met het team.
Your Profile
Wat breng jij mee?
- Ervaring in een magazijn of leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur in een logistieke omgeving.
- Je hebt geen probleem om zelf ook bij te springen als dat nodig is.
- Je kunt goed delegeren, controleren en benadert het team (15 leden) als een echte peoplemanager.
- Je denkt mee naar verschillende oplossingen.
- Basiskennis van Excel en e-mail om administratieve taken te verwerken.
