Jouw takenpakket als Boekhouder A-Y:
- Algemene administratie en ondersteuning van het kantoor
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers
- Beheer van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie
- Opmaak en verwerking van verkoopfacturen
- Inboeken en controleren van aankoopfacturen
- Boekhoudkundige ondersteuning en administratieve opvolging
- Werken met MS Office (voornamelijk Excel) en boekhoudsoftware
Your Profile
Dit verwachten wij van jou als Boekhouder A-Y:
- U communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
- U heeft al enige ervaring in soortgelijke functie (Office Management – Hulphoekhouding)
- U bent nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd
- U bent oplossingsgericht en een teamplayer
- U bezit een goede kennis van MS Office (vnl Excel) en heeft noties van enige boekhoudsoftware
