Binnen deze rol combineer je planning en procurement in een dynamische supply chain omgeving. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen aankoop, productie en leveranciers en zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en materialen.
- Plaatsen, opvolgen en bijsturen van aankooporders en contracten
- Bewaken van levertermijnen en anticiperen op afwijkingen
- Analyseren van materiaalbehoeften op basis van productieplanning
- Afstemmen met productie en supply chain om stockniveaus te optimaliseren
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met leveranciers
- Opvolgen van contractafspraken en actief zoeken naar alternatieve leveranciers
- Beheren en up-to-date houden van artikel- en leveranciersdata
- Coördineren van certificaten, klachten en kwaliteitsgerelateerde issues
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Quality en Finance
- Ondersteunen van productlanceringen en optimalisatieprojecten
- Meedenken over risico’s, haalbaarheid en procesverbeteringen
Your Profile
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in procurement, supply chain of productieomgeving is een sterke plus
- Goede kennis van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur NAV
- Sterke Excel-vaardigheden en analytisch inzicht
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
- Hands-on ingesteldheid en resultaatgericht werken
- Proactief, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig in opvolging
- Teamgericht, gecombineerd met een zelfstandige werkhouding
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en flexibel om te gaan met wijzigingen
