Bij onze klant in Lokeren zijn wij, ter versterking van hun team, op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker binnendienst verkoop & calculatie binnen de HVAC-sector. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je onze verkoopafdeling bij het uitwerken van offertes, technische berekeningen en administratieve opvolging van projecten rond airconditioning, warmtepompen en ventilatiesystemen.
Dit wordt jouw takenpakket:
- Ondersteunen van de verkoopafdeling bij offertes en prijsaanvragen
- Opmaken en opvolgen van calculaties en offertes
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij HVAC-projecten
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en techniekers
- Administratieve verwerking van dossiers en bestellingen
- Mee opvolgen van planning en projectdocumentatie
- Ondersteunen bij aanbestedingen en projectvoorbereiding
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt interesse en ervaring in HVAC, airconditioning, warmtepompen en ventilatie
- Technische affiniteit of ervaring in de bouw-/installatiesector is een plus
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP- of calculatiesoftware is een troef
- Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
- Nederlandstalig en Engelstalig; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
