About the Job
Voor een moderne en grootschalige industriële productieomgeving in Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader IS. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de Individual Section-productielijnen en de bijhorende teams. Je combineert technisch inzicht met people management en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen veilig, efficiënt en met een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard functioneren binnen een 24/7-productiecontext.
Takenpakket
- Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van IS-operatoren en shiftleaders
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van de IS-productielijnen
- Opvolgen en bijsturen van machine-instellingen, feeders en procesparameters
- Bewaken van productieplanning en output in samenwerking met andere afdelingen
- Analyseren en oplossen van procesafwijkingen, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen
- Samenwerken met onderhoud, engineering en kwaliteit om continuïteit te garanderen
- Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsprocedures
- Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen, optimalisatie en digitalisatie
- Analyseren van productie- en machinegegevens en signaleren van verbeterkansen
- Rapporteren over prestaties, KPI’s, actieplannen en aandachtspunten
- Ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning, verlofregeling en aanwervingen
- Stimuleren van opleiding, kennisdeling en ontwikkeling binnen het team
Your Profile
- Bacheloropleiding in elektromechanica, automatisatie, mechatronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen productie- of procesomgevingen
- Ervaring met IS-machines of gelijkaardige complexe productielijnen
- Leidinggevende ervaring of duidelijke ambitie om teams aan te sturen
- Sterke technische en analytische vaardigheden
- Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust
- Coachende leiderschapsstijl en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
- Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig in een dynamische productieomgeving
