- Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond bestellingen en leveringen
- Verantwoordelijk voor orderinvoer en verwerking
- Opmaken van levernota’s en opvolgen van bestellingen
- Coördineren van transportplanning en organisatie
- Ondersteunen van het salesteam en vertegenwoordigers bij klantopvolging
- Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de dienstverlening
- Schakelfiguur tussen verschillende interne afdelingen
- Rapporteren aan de Team Leader
Your Profile
Profielomschrijving
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans, met een goede kennis van Engels (Duits is een pluspunt)
- Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zowel zelfstandig als teamgericht
- Klantgericht en sociaal vaardig met aandacht voor duurzame relaties
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en flexibel om te gaan met werkzaamheden
- Beschikt over technische affiniteit en bereidheid om bij te leren
- Ervaring met MS Office en SAP
- Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en analytisch sterk
