- Opvolgen van KPI's en ondersteunen bij het behalen van doelstellingen.
- Voeren van one-to-ones, feedback-, absenteïsme- en exitgesprekken.
- Meeluisteren met gesprekken en gerichte coaching bieden.
- Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager.
- Ownership nemen over jouw project en de resultaten ervan.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met een contactcenteromgeving.
- Sterke people manager met een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands én Frans.
- Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel.
