About the Job
Vos responsabilités
- Accueillir les chauffeurs à leur arrivée sur site.
- Réceptionner et contrôler les documents de transport.
- Vérifier la conformité des dossiers et orienter les chauffeurs selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Gérer et compléter les documents administratifs, notamment les CMR.
- Assurer l'encodage et le suivi informatique des informations.
- Répondre aux demandes des visiteurs et partenaires.
- Garantir un accueil professionnel en français et en néerlandais.
Your Profile
Votre profil
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise en français et en néerlandais (niveau B1/B2 minimum).
- Vous possédez de bonnes compétences administratives.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
- Une connaissance des documents de transport (CMR) constitue un atout important.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et disposez d'un excellent sens de l'accueil.
- Vous appréciez le contact avec différents intervenants et savez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
