About the Job
Voor een nieuwe functie in de regio Lanaken gaan we op zoek naar een Deeltijds Boekhoudkundig Bediende die zal instaan voor de ondersteuning van de Boekhouding waarbij enige zelfstandigheid en kennis gevraagd wordt.
Onderstaand takenpakket staat je te wachten:
- Dagelijkse boekhouding en uitgaande facturatie
- Boeken van facturen betreffende kosten, investeringen, leasing...
- Verwerken van vaste activa en aanleggen van provisies
- Betalingsherinneringen van de leveranciers afhandelen
- Betalingen uitvoeren
- Input geven ter verbetering van interne processen
Your Profile
Voor deze functie als Deeltijds Boekhoudkundig Bediende gaan we op zoek naar iemand met het volgende profiel:
- Idealiter beschik je over enkele jaren boekhoudkundige ervaring en een relevant diploma
- Nog geen ervaring? Dan verwachten we een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent dynamisch, vlot en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een deeltijds uurrooster (20u), idealiter 5 halve dagen maar dit is bespreekbaar
- Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
- Je durft de telefoon te nemen om efficiënt werk te bevorderen
