About the Job
De bewoners van een woonzorgcentrum in Mariakerke zijn op zoek naar een verpleegkundige. Je zal deel uitmaken van een bruisend team dat zorgt voor een inspirerende omgeving voor onze bewoners, elke dag opnieuw.
Je takenpakket:
- Verlenen van kwalitatieve verpleegkundige zorg aan bewoners.
- Toedienen van medicatie en uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen.
- Opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand en rapporteren van observaties.
- Opstellen en bijwerken van zorgplannen.
- Samenwerken met artsen, collega's en familieleden.
- Bijdragen aan het welzijn, comfort en de levenskwaliteit van bewoners.
Your Profile
- Diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde.
- Warm, empathisch en bewonersgericht.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Respectvolle en professionele houding.
- Interesse in ouderenzorg en het welzijn van bewoners.
Education
BSO Beroepsonderwijs 4e graad/A2
