About the Job
Voor een warm en dynamisch bedrijf binnen de sociale economie in regio Halle zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke HR Assistant die zo snel mogelijk kan opstarten. In deze veelzijdige rol ondersteun je de sociale HR-dienst en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende HR-gerelateerde taken. Je staat onder meer in voor:
- Het opvolgen van rekruteringsprocessen;
- Het organiseren en voeren van intakegesprekken;
- Het inschatten van competenties en talenten van kandidaten;
- De administratieve opvolging, waaronder de opmaak van contracten;
- Het verwerken en opvolgen van timesheets;
- Algemene ondersteuning van de HR-werking.
Your Profile
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in mensgericht werken
- Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers
- Een bacheloropleiding zoals Ergotherapie, Sociaal Werk, Maatschappelijk Werk of een gelijkaardige richting is een mooie troef.
