About the Job
Onze klant te Eindhout zoekt naar een gemotiveerde Back Up Foreman om de logistieke operaties in goede banen te leiden. In deze dynamische functie combineer je uitvoerende taken met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden binnen een internationaal magazijn in de regio. Als Back Up Foreman ben jij de stuwende kracht achter een efficiënt logistiek proces en werk je samen met je team aan optimale resultaten.
- Aansturen en ondersteunen van het operationele team op de werkvloer.
- Overzicht houden over en zorgen voor een strikte opvolging van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Fungeren als een aanspreekpunt tussen je team en de Supervisor.
Your Profile
- Een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels maar met de bereidheid om de Nederlandse taal te leren.
- Bereid om te werken in een wisselend tweeploegenstelstel (een vroege en late shift).
