Als Driver Support Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en charters. Je begeleidt hen proactief tijdens de routes en zorgt voor een soepele uitvoering van transportprocessen.

- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun route.
- Afstemmen en communiceren met charters over operationele zaken.
- Beantwoorden en afhandelen van vragen, klachten en opmerkingen.
- Controleren en opvolgen van stopafhandeling.
- Inplannen en monitoren van (spoed)transporten buiten reguliere routes.
- Opstellen en implementeren van verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties.
- Beschrijven en afstemmen van IT-wijzigingen binnen het proces.
Your Profile
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
- Oplossingsgericht en proactief in transportcoördinatie.
- Affiniteit met logistiek en transportprocessen.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Frans.
- IT-vaardig en vertrouwd met pc-gebruik.

BSO Beroepsonderwijs 4e graad/A2
