Jouw job als Expediteur Import:
Als import forwarder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van importzendingen. Je combineert administratie, coördinatie en klantencontact in één veelzijdige rol.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer van importdossiers van A tot Z
- Dagelijks contact met klanten en partners
- Verwerking van douaneformaliteiten en controle van klantgegevens
- Correct toepassen van tarieven, goederencodes en douaneregimes
- Coördineren van keuringen (voeding) en fysieke controles op kaai en douanesites
- Afhandeling van accijnsgoederen en voedingsproducten (o.a. EAD, Traces, bio)
- Rapporteren aan de Assistant Forwarding Manager
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de maritieme sector, specifiek in expeditie
- Bachelor in Logistiek Management, Douane of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Kennis van AEO-procedures en aandacht voor correcte toepassing
- Sterk in organisatie en behoud van overzicht over dossiers
- Hands-on ingesteld en resultaatgericht
- Klantgericht, zowel intern als extern
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
