  • Experience in sales administration, CRM management, invoicing, or event operations
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (such as HubSpot)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured processes
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional and discreet when handling commercial and financial information

This role is focused on CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and invoicing coordination, ensuring that sales data, contracts, and invoices all align.

You’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role, supporting both the sales and events teams and helping maintain clarity and consistency throughout the sales process.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and maintaining the CRM, keeping exhibitor, prospect, and sales records accurate and complete
  • Tracking the sales pipeline, including leads, verbal confirmations, contracts, and signed exhibitors
  • Making sure meetings, follow-ups, and sales activity are properly logged
  • Coordinating with the finance team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time
  • Tracking payments and outstanding invoices, and supporting follow-up where needed
  • Supporting internal reporting and updates on sales progress
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and events teams during the sales phase
