Team/division

Within Quality Division of Toyota’s European Headquarter, located in Brussels, you will join a motivated team which is striving to continuously improve the quality of our products and services of vehicles sold in Europe. Manufacturing Quality department is a dynamic team promoting the built-in quality at our European factories. It is a team consisting of specialists in manufacturing quality and auditing the plants manufacturing and quality departments.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the budget process & visualise the budget consumption of the team
  • Control the departments Sharepoint sites & KPI visualisation tools.
  • Lead/support events/projects from admin viewpoint
  • Demonstrate your creativity by injecting / implementing idea’s and proposals to promote the Toyota Quality Mindset within TMEs and EMCs
  • Act as a team player in our administrator team to complete daily administrative tasks to support the department / division.
  • Take an active role in the motivational team activities

Your Profile

Your

  • Educational background in administration, business management, or a related discipline, with exposure to large corporate or multinational environments.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative area, ideally an international environment
  • You have good knowledge/experience of purchase order and invoice processes
  • Proficiency in English is required, Japanese and other languages will be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & Digitalisation tools (minimum: PowerBI & PowerAutomate)
  • You are a flexible, proactive, stress resistant, figures oriented and service minded personality with good organisation skills

Education: Bachelor academic

Experience: Mid Career
