Voor een bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie zoekt Unique Kortrijk een ervaren quality manager. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid en draag je actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen.
Takenpakket
- Beheer en verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (IFS Food, interne standaarden).
- Waarborgen van voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP en geldende wetgeving.
- Opvolging van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, rapportages en dossiers.
- Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.
- Beheer van klachten, afwijkingen en corrigerende acties.
- Uitvoeren van leveranciersevaluaties en goedkeuringsprocedures.
- Analyse van kwaliteits-KPI's en rapportering aan het management.
- Toezien op naleving van hygiëne- en GMP-richtlijnen.
- Organiseren van opleidingen rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
- Aanspreekpunt voor inspecties en controles.
- Opvolging van productontwikkelingen, specificaties en etikettering.
Your Profile
Profiel
- Bachelor of Master in een relevante richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement in de voedingsindustrie.
- Kennis van IFS Food, HACCP en voedselwetgeving.
- Sterk administratief en analytisch.
- Hands-on, communicatief en resultaatgericht.
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
