Voor een internationale speler actief in de ontwikkeling van diverse productcollecties zoeken we een administratief aankoper die een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen leveranciers, interne teams en het aankoopproces.
Jouw rol
- Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een commerciële blik en ondersteunt het volledige aankooptraject:
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers en legt eerste contacten
- Je vraagt prijzen op en zorgt voor een gestructureerd overzicht
- Je vergelijkt offertes en ondersteunt bij de selectie van leveranciers
- Je neemt deel aan leveranciersbezoeken en productselecties
- Je volgt bestellingen op en verzamelt alle relevante informatie
- Je bewaakt en structureert de verschillende stappen binnen het aankoopproces
- Je beheert productgegevens in het ERP-systeem
- Je stemt productinformatie af met marketing
- Je analyseert verkoopcijfers en vertaalt deze naar aankoopinzichten
- Je stelt commerciële aanbiedingen samen voor klanten

- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht
- Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt vlot met cijfers
- Je kan zelfstandig je planning beheren
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Microsoft Office, met focus op Excel
- Je communiceert vlot in het Frans
- Een bacheloropleiding
- Ervaring met internationale sourcing is mooi meegenomen
- Je hebt interesse in mode en productontwikkeling
