About the Job
Als Assistent labo werk je in een moderne labo-omgeving in Wevelgem en combineer je kwaliteitsopvolging met administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning. Je speelt een actieve rol in het dagelijks functioneren van het labo en zorgt mee voor een efficiënte workflow.
Jouw taken
- Dagelijkse controle en fiattering van labo-resultaten
- Meewerken aan de opbouw en testfase van het nieuwe LIMS-systeem en andere IT-toepassingen
- Uitvoeren van interne audits rond kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Communicatie met interne en externe partijen in functie van deadlines, vragen rond matrixen, documentatie …
- Ad-hoc taken zoals het inplannen van periodieke wagenkeuringen en plaatsen van bestellingen
Back-up voor:
- Inschrijven van bouwkundige stalen
- Ondersteuning bij afwezigheid van de Lab Manager (bv. verlofplanning, opvolgen workflow)
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring
- Technische of bouwkundige achtergrond is een plus
- Nauwkeurig, oog voor detail
- Gestructureerde en probleemoplossende mindset
- Communicatief sterk en vlot in contact met zowel interne als externe partijen
- Goede kennis van MS Office en bereidheid om nieuwe softwarepakketten te leren gebruiken
