Wat ga jij doen?
Als Administratief Medewerker / Customer Service ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B-klanten. Je staat garant voor een vlekkeloze administratie en ondersteunt collega’s van sales en management met uiteenlopende taken.
Concreet betekent dat:
- Klantvragen beantwoorden en verwerken van bestellingen & facturen
- Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het salesteam
- Coördineren van logistieke processen
- Ondersteunen bij vergaderingen, rapportages en events zoals congressen
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je woont in de regio Gent
- Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Je bent zelfstandig, gestructureerd en denkt probleemoplossend
- Je houdt van klantcontact en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je blijft rustig in drukke periodes en houdt overzicht
- Je bent sterk in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, …)
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
